The Run has finally halted for 2011 series! Let us welcome the upcoming of 2012!

Guys and Girls of AAC group,

I'm sorry for not updating you guys with this blog.It has been a while since we last updated our story after the Penang Bridge International Marathon. So, let me express my sincere apologies to all the readers out there. So were going to post the news of the Nike 10K Marathon and the latest club involvement collaboration with MMU Rakan Muda for the MRMR(MMU Rakan Muda Run 2011) event.


So Nike 10k run was a great run.Those known representatives for our club is as usual Mohd Syaffiq Mohd Ali and Syazrina Mohd Anil Shah. So let us congratulate to both of them especially Kak Syaz, for getting into the top 5 runners for Nike RUN!!!! Congrats!!


Okay moving onto Rakan Muda Run event. 638 people. That's a great amount of participants for a 1st time running event.

Congratulations Mohd Syaffiq Mohd Ali for appearing on the headlines of NST (News Straits Times) newspaper as the No 1 runner for this event! This has been a great news for our club to improve our reputation, so next year, who knows we might get sponsored and invited to the best running event of all rounder series. So again, congratulations Mohd Syaffiq. You trained hard, now get some rest before training for more upcoming events.

Here I have some interesting pages for our success, let us celebrate the victory with a 10km run around Cyberjaya this upcoming January.

Recent Events - Allianz Penang Bridge International Marathon 2011

Good evening guys and members, last Sunday was the most enjoyable event and considered as the most distance event we ever had joined.Members of the AAC roundtable has sent 9 people to go on for this trip. Syaffiq, Arun, Hazrol,Zuhdi,Faris,Sufyan, Izzuddin(myself), Niesa, Inara, Syazrina, Azhani and also Kak Ina(Fareena).It was a memorable event that's not to be forgotten.Most of our member joined 21km run except only for Inara and Faris which only joined 10km.Don't be embarrassed guys.At least you did well in running.Here's our pics from our event.Also we found runners from MMU Cyberjaya..And congratulations to Ian and Yernar for completing the 42km run!You guys are welcomed to join in our club!The more the merrier!Credits to Arun, Azhani and Ramon for nice pictures.

To those who haven't claim their t-shirt's yet can still get it from Syaffiq at the Stadium.And for those who are going for PBIM, it is suggested that your last training will be tomorrow(Thursday) and then take a full recovery day on Friday.Have a good enough rest before your race.Enjoy your run and share your photos with us.Good luck to all AAC members and have a safe trip to Penang!
